A: Our puzzle room is a virtual adventure where you and your fellow teammates have an hour to score as many points as you can by solving riddles, puzzles, and putting your wits to the test!
A: Our escape room prices are $20 per person. To see prices, click the "Book Now" button in the top right corner and then click on "See Pricing".
A: Anyone can play! However, if you are under 14 years of age, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If you are under 18 and coming without a parent or guardian, please fill out this waiver prior to arriving.
A: Please sign on 10 minutes prior to your booking. We do have to keep a strict schedule, so if you arrive late you may not receive the full 60 minutes in your room.
A: Just your friends and a winning spirit! We suggest a pen and paper may help you during some of our puzzles. You will only need the clues within the rooms to escape. Before your game, we'll ask you to fill out a quick waiver. To save time, please fill out this waiver prior to arriving.
A: No. For everyone's privacy, The Puzzle Room and players will not be allowed to record any sessions. We may ask for a screenshot at the end of the game to display on our social media sites.
A: We will be monitoring your progress during your time in The Puzzle Room. Our game masters will provide clues when you ask — after all, we want you to have fun!
A: All our rooms are private when you book a game at The Puzzle Room. Don't worry about playing with strangers, it's just you and your team.
A: Yes. You can see escape game times and book reservations on our online booking page. We can’t guarantee a spot unless you’ve booked ahead of time.
A: No cancellations are allowed, but we will work with you to reschedule a game if an emergency arises.
A: Yes. You can give/sell your tickets to another person. Just contact us and we can take care of that for you.

A: Our room has a minimum of 2 players and a maximum of 10 players.
